Two Wellington Property Investors will share their investor stories with us, giving ideas on their near future strategies in dealing with future compliance changes.

Matt Thorn Matt Thorn, a leading Wellington investor,
will share his stories about property investment
and being a successful Real Estate Agent in
Wellington City.
Hamish Murphy Hamish Murphy from Wellington Central.  Hamish specialises in Boarding Houses.
   

 

Matt Thorn and his wife Lizzie own and manage their 25 flats and have been investing for 18 years. They focus on young professionals and student flats in central Wellington near Vic Uni, Massey and Cuba St. They only purchase with 2km of CBD and live on Belvedere Rd, Hataitai with our 3 young boys. Matt days job is a Real Estate agent with Lowe&Co but also just recently purchased a Hop Farm in the Motueka Valley to mix things up a little!!
