Andrew King from NZPIF takes us through the coming changes in property investing and updates us on the NZPIF Best Practice Manual.

Andrew updates members of Property Investors' Associations affiliated to the NZPIF about the benefits of membership. Increasing those benefits for members is an ongoing aim of the NZPIF Executive Committee.

Profile of Andrew

• Member of the Auckland Property Investors Association since 1996 and President from 2000 until 2007.
• Has been one of the Northern Associations' representatives on the NZPIF Executive since 2005.
• Started to invest in property in 1986.
• Founded Residential Property Investor Magazine in 1996 and has written two best selling books on investment property. A frequent speaker on Property Investment matters.
• Oversees PIMMS member management system and the NZPIF website, writes press releases and is on the committee to develop the NZPIF Best Practice Manual.
