We’re delighted to welcome Kate Clancy from The Survey Company as our guest speaker for September. A long-time industry professional and trusted voice on subdivision, Kate will dive into the practicalities, opportunities, and pitfalls of two hot development strategies in Wellington: infill housing and relocatable housing.

Topics will include:
