Title: Tawa Site Visit with Urban Company – WnPIA Field Trip

Date: Saturday, 28 June 2025

Time: 11:30am – approx. 1:00pm

Location: Oxford Street Development Site, Tawa

Description:
Join WnPIA for an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at Urban Company's latest development in Tawa. Hosted by Marc Loch, this small-group site visit is a fantastic opportunity to:

  • View a nearly completed residential development (roofs on, homes wrapped)

  • Learn about development strategy, staging, and lessons from the field

  • Ask Marc questions directly on-site about design, delivery, and planning

Drive-yourself event – this isn't a traditional "bus trip," so attendees will need to make their own way to the site.
Optional Lunch – After the visit, you're welcome to join the group for a self-funded lunch at The Borough in Tawa to continue networking and discussion.

RSVP Required:
Spots are limited. Please RSVP by Thursday, 26 June to receive the exact address and final updates: wellington@nzpif.org.nz

Important Notes:

  • PPE not required, but please wear sensible shoes (it’s a live construction site)

  • Event will proceed rain or shine – bring a jacket and umbrella just in case
