Investor Stories: Chris and Warwick Dugdale

Jun 12, 2025 - 7:15PM

Lifepoint Church, 61 Hopper Street, Mount Cook, Wellington 6011.

Chris and Warwick have been investing in property since the 1980s — buying, renovating, renting, and selling properties throughout Wellington and the Wairarapa. Their property success funds the Dugdale Charitable Trust, which supports numerous Kiwi charities and international initiatives, including the construction of a primary school in Uganda.

Chris’s remarkable journey spans over five decades and more than 100 properties. Her grassroots approach, entrepreneurial spirit, and unwavering drive have created homes, nurtured young people through mentoring, and empowered charitable projects from local communities to Africa.

Expect to hear:

  • Their approach to ethical and community-minded property management
  • Stories behind their most meaningful projects — from Wairarapa charity house builds to Ugandan schools
  • How they balance business success with making a social impact
  • Practical insights on working with tenants, maintaining properties, and creating community

Come ready to be inspired — and bring your questions!
